Information you provide

We receive the information you enter or share with us, such as your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, account profile, event address, event date and time, requested services, customizations, messages, inspiration photos, and documents. Guest quote requests also include the contact and event information you submit.

When you choose a photo or use the camera in the app, the selected or captured image can be uploaded for your request. Private inspiration photos and messages are used in the customer and admin workflow; submitting them does not automatically publish them in our gallery.

Quotes, agreements, and payments

We keep quote decisions, accepted prices, payment amounts and references, balances, bookings, and changes or cancellations. Electronic agreement records can include your typed signature, initials, acknowledgments, signing time, IP address, browser or device information, and information used to verify the signed document.

Online card checkout is provided by Square. You enter card details on Square's checkout page. Our service receives payment identifiers and confirmation information needed to update your payment status and balance. For other payment methods, records can include the method, amount, date, transaction reference, and relevant business-entered notes.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, prepare and respond to quote requests, verify event addresses and calculate travel, communicate with you, process and check payments, prepare and sign agreements, schedule and deliver events, handle changes or cancellations, protect the service, and maintain necessary business records.

The website and app use shared customer and event records so that actions on one platform can update the other. Authorized business administrators can access information needed to manage these services.

Service providers and external services

• Google Firebase supports authentication, the shared database, file storage, website hosting, backend processing, and app notifications.
• Apple supports address verification and travel calculations through Apple Maps, and notification delivery through Apple Push Notification service. Routing uses the business and entered event locations.
• Square provides hosted checkout and payment confirmations.
• Google Fonts and hosted website libraries may receive ordinary network and browser information when your browser loads these resources.

These providers process information needed to perform their services. Hosting, security, and operational logs can include network or device information. When you follow a link to an external payment, social media, or review service, that service's own privacy practices apply.

Device storage and notifications

The website saves settings such as your selected language and sign-in state in browser storage. The app stores settings and data needed to provide your account and event experience. Clearing browser or app storage can remove local settings and guest-session access.

If you enable shared app notifications, we use device registration tokens, account and role identifiers, notification preferences, and delivery records to send relevant alerts. You can manage notification preferences in the app and in your device settings.

If you request account deletion, a private status receipt is saved on your device or browser. A saved status link lets you check progress after account access ends. Keep that link private.

Public reviews and gallery content

Published customer reviews, their display names or attribution, and approved gallery content are visible to the public. Reviews can come from an approved external source or be provided directly with permission. Contact us to request a correction or removal from our website and app.

A review imported from another service may not be linked to your account identifier. During deletion review, we check which public reviews belong to you and remove verified matches from our website and app. Removing a review here does not remove the original review from an external service such as Google.

Account deletion and retention

You can request deletion from Account & Privacy on the website or in the app. Sign in, verify your identity when prompted, and confirm the request. An existing guest session can request deletion of its associated data. If you cannot access the account or guest session, contact us for help verifying your identity.

Submitting a request begins review; it does not mean deletion is already complete. We aim to process requests within 30 days. Creasiones Nerys reviews active-event obligations and any records that must be retained by law. Once deletion is approved, account access is removed and the service processes the deletion of the shared account and associated data. Your private status link shows progress and confirms completion.

Account deletion does not cancel an event, issue a refund, or settle a balance. Use the established booking, cancellation, or payment process for those matters. Save documents or photos you need before requesting deletion.

We retain information as needed to provide the service and handle necessary business, security, or legal obligations. When deleting an account, copies that must be retained by law may be kept separately with access limited to their required purpose. Records held independently by payment providers or other external services are subject to those services' practices. A minimal deletion-status record is kept so that your private receipt can confirm the outcome. Minimal security and payment-reconciliation references may also remain to prevent old sessions or delayed payment messages from recreating deleted account records.
