Delete my account
Submitting this form starts an account-deletion request. Creasiones Nerys reviews any active events and records that must be kept by law, then deletes your account and associated data from the shared service. We aim to finish within 30 days. You can check progress and see completion using your private status link.
Deletion is permanent once processed. It does not cancel a booking, issue a refund, or settle an outstanding balance. Use your request workspace for those actions. Save any quotes, signed agreements, receipts, or photos you need before proceeding.
